ABOUT GREEN PORTER 

​My love of gardening I inherited from my dad, who loved his garden and green velvet lawn. In 2018 my pastime became my 2nd job, whilst also working for the NHS, creating a healthy work-life balance.

 

Nothing beats being outdoors in the fresh air and that valuable space to take a deep breath; be active and creative with my trusty gold spade and secateurs. ​I enjoy getting to know my clients and chatting plants, wildlife and life in general and seeing the renewal of life every year, gives us all hope.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE & COMPANION GARDENER SUPPORT 

Friendly, reliable female gardener, providing chemical-free garden maintenance, who's able to help keep your garden at its best, whether you need a one-time tidy, weekly or monthly visit. ​Garden maintenance includes, general tidying, digging, trimming, lawn mowing, weeding, watering, planting, pruning, etc. and transferring garden waste to your compost area, or green bin.

 

I also provide a companion gardener service; supporting older, vulnerable clients and those receiving medical treatment, who feel unable to undertake gardening tasks alone and in need of some physical assistance. Being in the garden, has such a positive effect on our mental and physical wellbeing, so I encourage clients to join-in should they wish.
